Q: How can I track my order?

You can also click the link in your shipping verifcation email, which you will receive as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours or dispatch email within three working days after ordering, please check your junk/spam folder and any secondary email addresses you may have used before contacting us.
Please note the courier may not post tracking information online for up to 24 hours after the order is dispatched.
For international orders the courier may not update the full delivery process until the order has reached its final destination.

Q: Can I pre-order a fragrance not in stock?
A: Yes! We offer the options to pre-order products not stocked. Note that pre-orders have an estimated 10-14 day processing.
Whilst we are able to complete most pre-orders, at times we are unable to obtain stock of the desired product from suppliers and will issue a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: We have an automated process between the lab and fulfilment services. If you wish to cancel your order, you have 3 hours after your order is confirmed to do so. However, as processing times can vary, please note that we cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled when requested.
Q: Are fragrance testers the same as regular perfumes?
A: Yes, tester fragrances are the exact same scent as the retail version, we simply decant it from the genuine retail-sized bottle and rebottle it into glass atomisers.
Q: How many uses can I get from one fragrance sample?
A: Realising that the small fragrance samples offered in stores do not provide adequate usage value, we offer ours in one generous size - 10ml (providing around 150 sprays).

Q: What payment methods can I use?
A: Our payment provider offer flexible payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Maestro, Diners Club, Google Pay, UnionPay.

Q: Can I return a fragrance sample if I don't like it?
A: Due to hygiene reasons and that testers are personalised items, we do not accept returns on fragrance samples or testers once they have been processed and shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 36 hours of delivery with photo evidence to arrange alternative options.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we can ship to most countries with some exceptions. You can find the countries we ship to in the checkout by selecting shipping destination.
Q: What are the delivery/shipping times and costs?
A. Delivery charges are per order.
An order can be delivered to one address only. If you require to send orders to multiple addresses you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Some (larger) orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to receive your order, our delivery company may leave a telephone number or delivery card for you to make alternative arrangements. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, our delivery company will not be able to leave your order 'hidden' at the address.

Q: I have received my order and there is a problem – what should I do?
A: We are sorry to hear that there is a problem with the product delivered. Please contact us by emailing info @ haute-parfums.com and we will do our best to help you. Please include your order number with all enquiries. If your product is faulty, please retain the box, packaging, and all contents.
