About Our Fragrance Samples & Testers

Why We Can't Accept Returns

We carefully prepare each fragrance sample and tester with you in mind. Due to the personalized nature of these products and hygiene considerations, we're unable to accept returns on fragrance samples or testers once they've been shipped to you. 

All sales are provided on "as is" terms. 

If Something's Not Right

We do understand that sometimes things don't arrive as expected. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to our customer care team within 36 hours of delivery. Simply send us an email with a photo of the issue, and we'll work with you to make it right.

Shipping & Delivery

International Shipping

We love sharing our products with customers around the world! However, international shipping can sometimes involve factors beyond our control, including customs delays, holidays, strikes, new regulations creating unexpected delays and varying delivery timeframes. Due to this please allow at least 30-days for deliveries even if your expected delivery is sooner. 

Package Delays

If your package is taking longer than expected to arrive, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier for the most up-to-date tracking information. While we can't offer refunds for shipping delays outside our control, we're happy to provide any shipping documentation/labels you might need to file a claim:

*Please note that we provide no refunds for deliveries for purchases rejected by you, the buyer, due to customs and import fees.
