Memo Paris Shams Oud Eau de Parfum is a unisex woody perfume. Niche perfumes are not just a collection of olfactory notes, but fragments of myth and history, tales that describe life today as it was then. Shams Oud Eau de Parfum tells a myth: in Arabic, Shams means 'Sun'. The legend tells of the Persian god Mithras, who mounted his golden chariot at dawn and spurred his horses to pull the Sun across the sky until dusk. However, when night fell, at the point where it would disappear from the horizon, the Sun was swallowed up by a man, but only for a short time, before coming back to life at dawn...
The scent of the Sun swells our hearts in a hand-to-hand combat of pepper, ginger and saffron. The haunting music of Oud, with its main chords made of Tonka bean, its dreams of Wood and its promises of glorious love is the only guide in the home of this divine fragrance. Shams Oud is a mythological and unforgettable fragrance, the flagship of the Memo Paris line.
